Access to Health
Families are screened every Thursday and eligible families sign up for NJ Family Care at the center through a partnership with Well-Care. The Center provides information relating to other child, maternal and family health issues with specific collaboration with Maternal and Child Health and Children’s Specialized Hospital. In addition, the center runs on a monthly basis a nutrition group discussion for the agency’s food pantry beneficiaries.
The center runs informational sessions on WIC, Charity Care, Maternal Health, Autism and other related disorders in partnership with service providers to ensure that families get access to such services in time of need.
