Parents Leadership

The village family success center is based on the shared leadership principle to make sure that families become a part of the center by providing feedback, inputs on the best approach to work with the community. The Village has an active Parents Advisory Board (PAB) that meets once a month to help the staff get a better understanding about the community needs and guide the center’s intervention. 

The PAB plays a crucial role in referring parents, providing information on existing informal services, activities planning and much more. The Village is in constant need of new members to reinvigorate our board and to improve our relationships with the community at large.
